A firefighter learns a specific set of skills during their basic fire academy training however, the training does not end there. Twice a month, members are required to participate in drills which reinforce and teach old/new skills. The monthly drills are organized and facilitated by our appointed training officers and they are designed to address numerous topics within the fire service.
We are also honored to be invited to train with the Milltown Rescue Squad throughout the year as well as our neighboring fire departments.
